At CircuitKids Marco looks after scheduling, enrolment, staff and everything parents deal with outside the classroom. If a term starts on time and every table has the right parts, that is his work.
He also answers family questions about fees, make-up classes and timetables, and he is usually the person you meet at the front desk on Saturdays.
Parents should never have to chase us for information. If they have to ask twice, we got something wrong.
