These terms apply when you book a class, trial or workshop with CircuitKids. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child.
Bookings
A place is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Classes run in terms of twelve weeks. Class times and rooms may change; we will tell you in advance.
Payment
Term fees are paid before the first class. If a payment fails, we will contact you before the place is released.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel up to 14 days before the term starts for a full refund.
After that, we offer a credit for a later term instead of a refund.
If we cancel a class, we move it to another date or refund that class.
In class
Children are looked after by our teachers during class time. Please drop off and pick up on time, and tell us who is collecting your child. We may ask a child to take a break if their behaviour affects others' safety.
Equipment
All kits and laptops are provided. Please tell us if something is damaged; we don't charge for normal wear.
Changes to these terms
If we make an important change, we will email you before the next term starts.
