This policy explains what information CircuitKids collects about you and your child, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" means CircuitKids. "You" means the parent or guardian who signs a child up.
What we collect
About you: name, email, phone number and billing details.
About your child: name, age, school year and the program they join.
Health and support: allergies or needs you choose to tell us about.
From our website: pages visited and device type, through cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to book classes, take payment, tell you about changes to your child's class and send term reports. We send our newsletter only if you say yes. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Children's information
Only a parent or guardian can sign a child up. Children don't create accounts and are not asked for personal details in class. Health information is seen only by the teacher and the workshop lead.
Photos
We share class photos of your child only if you give permission when you sign up. We never add a child's full name to a public photo. You can change your choice at any time by email.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run CircuitKids, such as our payment provider, booking and email tools, and website hosting. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your child is enrolled and for one year after their last class. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop using it for a certain purpose. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
